Good morning, and welcome to a fabulous new week here at Scramblejam – It’s been a great few days for us, with a couple of very popular posts (here and here). Thanks to all our RSS subscribers, and the people following me on Twitter.

Here are some great new links for you to check out this morning…

Rescue Time – This is a great site that I am currently trialling, as a way of tracking your computer usage, to help analyze your computer habits and productivity. I have had a few bugs with the beta product, but overall I’m finding it very interesting.

Six Spiritual Steps to Mend a Broken Heart – This is a bit of a plug, so bear with me. This is a great book written by a good friend of mine, and I had the pleasure of attending the local book launch last week. I shall be doing an in-depth review of the book soon, and hopefully an interview with the author. Via me!

The Choice-minimal Lifestyle – A cracking article on reducing the feeling of being overwhelmed by restricting your options in any particular situation – the paradox of less is more. Via The Four-hour Workweek Blog.

Kickstart your brain with “The Mozart Effect” – Dumb Little Man has a great article on using Classical music to kickstart you creative side and work more effectively. fascinating stuff. Via RSS.

How to Wake up Early – A fab little site, which has some awesome tips on waking up early, and full of energy. Via Pick the Brain.
