The Buddhist definition of Nirvana is about freeing oneself from the cycle of life and death. Relaxation is a nice way to put it.

As a Hindu myself, loved this post! :) Will come back for more.

Very true. I find that when I relax and attempt meditation, the day simply goes by more smoothly. Those aches and pains disappear. I feel happier. And the people around me also seem happier.

I really enjoyed reading your tips for better relaxation. One thing I'll add to my own relaxation time is music.

And off to Nirvana I go...

Now, this is sound advice.

Stress does not solve any problem on itself, nor does calm, but calm does help you live better and happier, and more motivated, which does solve things.

Even if it didn't, living better is the ultimate goal, isn't it?
